Import a Figma file (.fig)

Import a Figma design offline — drop a .fig file (no login needed), pick the frames you want, and bring them in as editable pages or onto the current page, with images uploaded for you.

Where: Top bar → Plugins → Figma → Import .fig — Drop a .fig file

Key ideas

• Offline: Decodes the .fig locally; no Figma account or token required.
• Frame picker: Choose frames (grouped by page); each can become its own page or import into the active page.
• Assets: Embedded images are uploaded once and reused across frames.

Steps

1. Open the Figma importer and drop your .fig file.
2. Select the frames to import.
3. Choose new-page-per-frame or into the current page.
4. Import.
