Automations & apps
Publish automations, bots, packages, mini apps, and reusable group apps.
Design a Flowgen mini app
Turn a nested group into either a regular collapsed card with chosen fields or a full-screen, step-by-step wizard, then optionally publish it as a designed standalone app.
Flowgen group cards and Mini App form designer: inputs, pages, choices, and look
Expose group sockets as a usable card, design a single-page or wizard form, configure typed controls and choice layouts, and preview the exact participant experience.
Publish a node group as an app
Any group in flowGen can be published as a standalone, form-style web app at /app?id=<appId>. Visitors fill in the app’s inputs, sign in, and run it to get the group’s outputs — without ever seeing th
Connect a Telegram bot through Flowgen automation building blocks
Use the generic Trigger, API Request, Transform, and Webhook nodes for Telegram Bot API workflows while the native connector remains unavailable.
Packages: bundle and publish
A package (.fmpkg) freezes a set of records, prewired node groups, and an optional design system into one installable marketplace unit. Compose it in the Publish package dialog by ticking what to incl
Start an automation with the Trigger node
Define how an automation starts, which values it exposes, and how schedules behave across pauses, missed times, and daylight-saving transitions.
Build an automation with Trigger, API Request, Webhook, and Transform
Use the four automation building blocks as separate jobs: start a run, call an API, notify an external endpoint, and reshape data between steps.
Packages: install and use
Installing a package is additive — it never replaces your project. Its records are recreated org-scoped, its node groups are saved to your asset library and dropped straight onto the canvas, and its d
Publish and operate a Flowgen automation: schedule, costs, limits, and runs
Compile a canvas or group into a versioned automation, inspect estimated Sparks, apply per-run/day/month limits, schedule or run manually, and operate live runs safely.
Call an external API with API Request
Make a policy-bounded HTTP call with typed template variables, connection-based auth, response parsing, retries, and idempotency controls.
Notify another service with Send Webhook
Deliver a bounded POST, PUT, or PATCH payload with safe custom headers, optional platform signing, and one traceable delivery history across retries.
Manage & unpublish your apps
Manage and unpublish your published Flowgen apps from Account Settings → Published Apps, the Flowgen My Apps control, or the app’s own publish dialog.
Publish a Flowgen Mini App: appearance, access, URL, and embed
Configure the published app contract and appearance, choose visibility and sign-in rules, preview the result, and use its stable app URL or website embed.
Publish and manage Flowgen automations
Turn a tested flow into a manual or scheduled server-run automation and inspect its runs, state, and spend.
