Configure the published app contract and appearance, choose visibility and sign-in rules, preview the result, and use its stable app URL or website embed.

Key ideas
- Publishing has four reviews: Inputs, Outputs, Appearance, and Access separate the app contract from its presentation and audience.
- A design system is optional: Connect a Design System node to the group Widget DS socket to theme the app; otherwise it uses the default.
- Access controls audience: Private is limited to owner/invited people, Anyone with link is unlisted, and Public is discoverable according to product policy.
Steps
- Open Publish as App and review Inputs and Outputs.
- Set the app Title, Description, Logo, dark/light Theme, Radius, Accent color, and optional Widget design system.
- Use Preview to test the generated form, or open Design layout for a custom f0 presentation.
- Choose Private, Anyone with link, or Public.
- For Private access, add invited email addresses; enable Require sign-in whenever identity is required.
- Publish and copy the /app?id=… App URL.
- Use Embed on website when the app should appear inside another site.
- Run the published experience and verify its exposed outputs, then return to the source group for contract changes.
Delivery boundaries
- The source remains the Flowgen group; the app is its user-facing run surface.
- Custom layout changes presentation, not the underlying exposed socket contract.
- Discarding a custom layout restores the dynamic form.
Tips
- Preview both themes when brand colors have low contrast.
- Require sign-in for private workflows that handle personal or project data.
Limitations and important notes
- Publishing is blocked without an exposed output.
- Anyone with link is not the same as Private.
Troubleshooting
The app uses generic styling.
Connect the intended Design System node to Widget DS or finish the Appearance/custom layout configuration.
