Manage and unpublish your published Flowgen apps from Account Settings → Published Apps, the Flowgen My Apps control, or the app’s own publish dialog.
Where: Account Settings → Published Apps, or Flowgen → My Apps.
Key ideas
- Published Apps (Account): The Account Settings “Published Apps” tab lists all your apps with their access badge, run count, and URL — copy the link, open, or unpublish.
- My Apps (header): The Flowgen header “My Apps” dialog shows each app with logo, access, run count, and updated time; you can also “Edit” an app when the canvas containing its group is open.
- Publish dialog: Re-opening a group’s publish dialog shows Republish and Unpublish for an already-published app, so you can update its config or take it down.
Steps
- Open Account Settings → Published Apps or choose My Apps in the Flowgen header.
- Find the published app and inspect its current link/status.
- Copy the link or open it to test.
- Use the app’s unpublish action only when you intend to disable that published endpoint.
