Brand records hold a logo, color slots, and fonts plus a markdown brand book; Business records hold a business name, industry, and website plus a profile doc. Drop either on the canvas as a bound Record node and wire it into a flow.

Key ideas
- Brand fields: A logo (upload a file or pick from your assets), color slots — primary, secondary, accent, background, text — chosen via color pickers, and heading/body fonts. The markdown body is the brand book (voice, do & don't).
- Business fields: Business name, industry, and website, plus a markdown business profile (what the business does, ICP, positioning).
- Logo / image sources: The logo and persona-avatar fields accept a typed URL, a file upload, or a pick from the org Asset Browser — the chosen image is stored and its URL saved on the record.
- Feeding a flow: Adding a Brand or Business record to the canvas drops a single bound Record (read) node. Its "Record (markdown)" output wires into any node that takes text context — e.g. a Gen Text system prompt or another node's context input.
Steps
- In the Records section click "New ▾" and choose Brand or Business.
- Fill the structured fields (Brand: logo, colors, fonts; Business: name, industry, website) and write the markdown body.
- Save, then use "Add to canvas" (rocket icon or right-click) to drop a bound Record (read) node.
- Wire the node's "Record (markdown)" output into a downstream node's text/context input to ground it in your brand or business facts.
- Alternatively, add a Brain Read node from Add → Words & data, pick the kind filter, and bind the record on the card.
FAQ
How do I upload a logo?
In the Brand editor's Logo field, click Upload to pick a file, or "From assets" to choose one already in your org Asset Browser. You can also paste an image URL.
Do brand colors change my project theme?
No. Brand records store colors as reference metadata on the record; they do not overwrite your project's design-system tokens or brand settings on their own.
