Accept a private campaign offer, use its separate sponsored allowance, submit reviewable versions, publish after approval, and report clearly labeled creator measurements and product feedback.
Where: Dashboard sidebar → Creator campaigns, or a private campaign invitation.
Before you start
- A private campaign invitation for the account email.
- Active campaign and participation status for new submissions.
Key ideas
- Participation is an explicit agreement: An invite shows allowance, expiry, offer terms, disclosure/support terms, and any personalized assignment. Acceptance records the offer revision; changed terms require review again.
- Sponsored allowance is separate: Campaign Flowies are tracked separately from owned credits and follow campaign rules. Benefit issuance is idempotent, so retries do not intentionally grant the same benefit twice.
- Draft and publish have different gates: A draft URL and note create a reviewable version, and every resubmission creates another version. A published URL can be recorded only after draft approval.
- Measurements are creator-reported: Public and private measurements can be entered for 24-hour, 7-day, and 30-day windows with optional evidence. The portal does not imply platform API verification.
Steps
- Review the invitation, Flowies allowance, expiry, offer terms, disclosure/support obligations, and first assignment.
- Accept the current offer revision. Re-review if its revision changes.
- Open My campaigns and inspect the brief version, due date, referral link/coupon, starter project, assignment, and benefits.
- Create the deliverable under the campaign and sponsored-allowance rules.
- Submit a draft URL with an optional note. Each resubmission becomes a separate reviewable version.
- After approval, submit the published URL.
- Report the requested 24h, 7d, or 30d public/private results and optional evidence.
- Submit experiment feedback with up to ten friction points, workflow notes, time to first useful result, and evidence.
- Withdraw when needed; new actions remain unavailable when campaign or participation is inactive.

Troubleshooting
Accept or Submit is disabled.
Check expiry, campaign status, participation status, and whether a newer offer revision needs review.
Published URL is unavailable.
Wait until the current draft version is approved.
Retrying a benefit did not add another allowance.
Issuance is intentionally idempotent to prevent duplicate grants.
