Curate products on a shareable board, limit it to named reviewers, switch and refresh every website page/device, update live access, and unpublish or restore the stable review link without losing comments.

Key ideas
- Connected products become board items: The board reconciles its list with live incoming connections; disconnected sources drop and new sources append.
- Editorial curation: Rename, hide, reorder, drag, and resize items. Website products can limit pages and expose selected breakpoint widths.
- Published snapshot: Publishing creates an unguessable review URL token. The card can copy that link and surfaces comment activity when comments are enabled.
- Deliverables Review card: ReviewBoardNode uses the authored shared-card path. Curate connected deliverables into a shareable board with layout, visibility, website pages/breakpoints, and comments.

- Opened surfaces: Item fullscreen preview; published review link
- Board canvas preview: Open board canvas shows the same spatial product tiles used by the reviewer. Website/HTML products render live pages and Text Editor products render as styled document pages instead of raw text/table dumps.
- Off-board is not disconnected: Take off the board is reversible and preserves the wire and item settings. Disconnect explicitly removes the graph connection; the two actions are always labelled separately.
- Per-tile height: Editors can drag a tile’s bottom edge to set a custom height or reset it to auto. Packed rows use the tallest tile so documents do not overlap the row below; reviewer boards stay read-only.
- Named people or signed-in link access: An empty access list allows any signed-in person with the link; a non-empty list permits only those email addresses. Changes to an already-published board are applied immediately.
- Reversible unpublish: Unpublish stops the stable link but keeps boardId and comments. Republish writes a fresh snapshot at the same URL.
- Complete website preview: A website tile can carry all selected pages with home first, use a dropdown for page switching, change device width, and refresh from the current document.
Steps
- Connect the finished product nodes that belong in one review.
- Open each item, set its label/visibility/order, and choose pages or breakpoints for website previews.
- Arrange the board and write the reviewer note; enable comments when feedback should return through the board.
- Publish, copy the review link, test it as a reviewer, and republish after material changes.
- Use Take off the board when an item should disappear temporarily but keep its connection and board configuration.
- Use Disconnect only when the product should no longer feed the review node.
- Open board canvas, arrange tiles, drag a tile’s bottom edge when auto height is not appropriate, and reset it when the content should size itself again.
- Choose open signed-in link access or add every allowed reviewer email before publishing.
- Test the published sign-in/link behavior in a separate session.
- Use page, device, and Refresh controls while reviewing websites; republish when the external snapshot must change.
- Unpublish when access must stop, and publish again later to reactivate the same link and comments.

Preview routing by product

Stable presentation while zooming
Tile headers keep a readable on-screen size as the board zoom changes, while product content and placement remain in canvas coordinates.
Access and lifecycle controls

- Anyone with the link after sign-in when the list is empty.
- Immediate live access update.
- Unpublish confirmation.
- Republish at the same link.

Tips
- Hide work-in-progress items instead of disconnecting them when their authored settings should remain.
- Test every page/breakpoint option from the published link.
Limitations and important notes
- A review board presents deliverables; it does not gate execution like Pause for Approval.
- Publishing is a snapshot action—verify the published board after source changes.
- The reviewer can inspect and comment but cannot resize or rearrange published tiles.
- A published board is a snapshot; republish after changing connected products, rich document content, page/breakpoint choices, visibility, or layout.
- Refresh updates the editor preview; it does not silently replace the public snapshot.
- Unpublish is reversible and does not delete the node, stable board id, or existing comments.
Troubleshooting
A connected product is missing
Confirm the connection still exists, the item is not hidden, and publish the updated board after reconciling the item list.
A tall document overlaps the next row on an old board
Open and republish the board so the packed layout and current tile sizes are stored in a fresh snapshot.
