The projects grid is where you create, find, and manage projects. Filter by type, search and sort, switch grid/list, and use each project’s menu to open, duplicate, share, move, or delete it.
Where: Dashboard → Projects — Open the dashboard
Key ideas
- Find: Filter by type (f0 Websites / f0 Video / Flowgen / All with counts), search by name, sort by recent/name, and toggle grid vs list.
- Create: Pick a type card, or describe what you want and let the AI start it (optionally with a reference image); a Focus/Studio choice may appear.
- Per-project menu: Open (or in a new tab), copy preview/designer links, duplicate, share, move to a folder, or delete.

Find and create
- Filter by f0 Websites, f0 Video, Flowgen, or All with counts.
- Search by project name and sort by recent activity or name.
- Switch grid/list based on density.
- Start a Flowgen workspace manually or from an AI brief/reference when offered.
Project card actions
- Open or open in a new tab.
- Copy preview/designer links.
- Duplicate.
- Share and manage collaborators.
- Move to a folder.
- Download the project file.
- Restore from a stored backup.
- Delete after confirmation.
September dashboard and project-mode model
The dashboard has three distinct presentations: Let flowmo direct, You direct, and Creator mode (stored as autopilot, assist, and control). The account work mode seeds two separate user defaults—f0Chrome and flowgenChrome—while a surface-and-project-specific override can independently choose Focus/Studio or Cards/Node graph for one project.
- Let flowmo direct uses a sidebar-free Designer-first shell with a narrow desktop icon rail, unified prompt composer, clay type shelf, and Projects/Marketplace/Design systems tabs.
- You direct uses the standard sidebar, a centered three-way switch, eight violet outcome cards, and a search-first recent-project grid.
- Creator mode keeps the standard sidebar and complete folder, type-filter, search, sort, grid/list, archive, and trash controls.
- Resolution order is project override → user surface default → work-mode default. Choosing a work mode resets both user defaults; changing one editor default leaves the work mode and the other editor alone.
- A premium badge communicates a paid workflow; eligibility and Sparks are checked when an action actually spends.
Tips
- Download the current project file before a risky restore or template replacement.
- Use a new Flowgen project for a true workspace boundary; use canvases/groups inside one project for related flows.
Limitations and important notes
- Available create types and free-project counts depend on the current product transition and plan.
- Deleting, restoring, and template replacement are materially different actions—read the confirmation carefully.
