The Border block sets border width/style/color (uniform or per-side) and per-corner radius.
Where: Right sidebar → Styles → Border — Select an element and add/open Border
Key ideas
- Border: Width, style (solid/dashed/dotted/…), and color — link all sides or set each.
- Radius: Round all corners together or per-corner.
Steps
- Open Styles → Border.
- Set width, style, and color.
- Unlink to style individual sides.
- Set border-radius (all or per-corner).
Border controls
- Choose a border style such as solid, dashed, dotted, double, groove, ridge, inset, or outset.
- Link sides for a uniform border or unlink them to set top/right/bottom/left independently.
- Corner radius can be uniform or edited per corner; radius and border width are separate properties.
Check cascade and breakpoints
- A class or breakpoint can supply border values; inspect the active selector and breakpoint before overriding them.
- If only one edge should be visible, unlink sides and set the remaining side widths explicitly.
- Preview rounded corners with the element’s background and overflow behavior, especially when media is inside the element.
Tips
- Use a shared class for repeated component borders and reserve per-element overrides for genuine exceptions.
