Project settings is a tabbed modal: General (name, type, homepage, smooth scroll, SEO + injected head/body/footer code), Domain, Site Plans, AI, Brand, and per-page metadata.
Where: Left sidebar → project menu → Project settings — Open project settings
Key ideas
- General: Name, project type, homepage, walkthrough, smooth scroll, and publish defaults (title/description/OG/favicon + custom code).
- Domain & plans: Connect a custom domain and manage hosting.
- Brand: Logo, favicon, brand colors/fonts (launches the Logo Studio).
Steps
- Open the project menu and choose Project settings.
- Use General for the name, project type, homepage, walkthrough, smooth scrolling, editing experience, SEO defaults, favicon/OG image, and injected code.
- Use Domain, Site Plans, AI, and Brand for their scoped settings; choose a page in the left column to edit page metadata.
- Preview and publish after changing metadata, domain, or custom code so you can verify the exported result.
General and publishing defaults
- Choose the project type and homepage.
- Set the project’s Focus/Studio experience override.
- Set default title, description, keywords, social image, and favicon.
- Inject code into the document head, top of body, or footer.
What is project-scoped
General, Brand, AI, and page settings live in the document, so they also work inside an embedded Flowgen document node. Domain is site-scoped and requires a real published site project.
Limitations and important notes
- A document node cannot connect a custom domain until its backing site project has been created by publishing.
- Injected code runs on the exported site; test it in Preview and on a safe publish before using it broadly.
Troubleshooting
No page is available as the homepage
Add at least one framed page. Free-canvas/draft pages are not homepage candidates.
