Use the Grid contact sheet to scan media-heavy records, resize tiles, and open any complete item in a fullscreen carousel while preserving the same typed rows, field order, locks, and batch behavior.

Key ideas
- View, not a data conversion: List and Grid render the same effective rows. Switching views changes no cell value, order, schema, lock, repeat binding, or history snapshot.
- One tile is one whole record: A grid tile is not one image pulled out of the row. Image, mask, and video cells receive the large preview area while the row’s text, links, numbers, and other authored fields remain attached below.
- Adjustable density: The Tile slider changes the shared grid size from a compact contact sheet to a larger review board. It affects card presentation only.
- Fullscreen record review: Click a tile or choose Carousel to open the current row in the shared fullscreen preview. Previous/next navigation follows the effective row order and wraps across the set.
- Grid and full-record review do not change data: Grid is a contact sheet of complete records with a persisted density; the fullscreen review surface shows one whole record. Neither changes row order, schema, locks, or iteration bindings.
Steps
- Open a populated Items List or Results List.
- Choose Grid in the view controls.
- Move the Tile slider toward smaller tiles for coverage or larger tiles for visual inspection.
- Scan each tile as one record: verify the media preview and the supporting fields beneath it.
- Click a tile to open that row fullscreen, or choose Carousel to begin with the first effective row.
- Use previous/next to move through items; read the item counter to keep your place.
- Close the carousel and switch back to List when you need direct row/cell editing or compact textual comparison.
- Test a three-row List with visibly different inputs, inspect three collected results and separate saved files, then increase the batch size.

- Image and mask fields.

- Supporting field labels and values in authored column order.
- One-click entry to the complete row carousel.
What Grid does not change
- Row order and IDs.
- Typed column sockets.

Current List execution and connected-item behavior
List repetition uses the active row’s resolved inputs for both generation and deterministic editing nodes. Results collect incrementally, and per-row files get distinct identities instead of repeatedly overwriting one node output. The connected table preserves useful ordering, and specific cell mentions resolve the selected cell rather than an unrelated whole-list value.
- AI Fill controls are shared and distinguish manual execution from refresh/regeneration of unlocked items.
- List/Grid/Carousel are presentation choices, not different execution engines.
- A detached extract-to-input action keeps a fixed item; a connected Extract/Transform continues following the List.
- Independent groups can run while another group is still active; this does not waive each run’s input requirements or paid-action gates.
Tips
- Use a stable title or ID field as the first textual column so visually similar tiles remain distinguishable.
- Choose a smaller tile size for selection/coverage and a larger size before judging details.
- Use List view to edit structured text; Grid is optimized for scanning and review.
Limitations and important notes
- A row without media still appears as a record tile, but Grid provides less benefit than List for text-only tables.
- Carousel order follows the current effective rows; it does not create a separate manual review sequence.
Troubleshooting
The grid looks like it dropped fields
Open the item or enlarge Tile size. Dense tiles prioritize media, while the complete record remains attached and available in Carousel/List.
Changing Tile size affected no generated output
That is expected. Tile is a view preference, not an image-resolution or generation setting.
